Service Area

We deliver to all regions within South Africa. Customers are encouraged to arrange their own courier or collect directly from Neutronix.

Delivery Partners

Orders are shipped via Fastway, The Courier Guy, or Neutronix’s own drivers. For urgent deliveries, clients can contact us to arrange expedited courier services. Neutronix reserves the right to use alternative courier or delivery services at any time.

Processing & Dispatch

  • Orders are usually ready for courier collection the same or the next business day.
  • If unexpected delays occur, Neutronix will notify the client.
  • No dispatches take place on weekends or public holidays, but are processed the following working day.

Delivery Timeframes

  • Urban areas: 1–2 working days.
  • Outlying areas: 3–4 working days.
    These are estimates and may vary depending on courier operations.

Shipping Costs

  • Free shipping applies to orders over R500 for all products.
  • Orders below this threshold incur standard courier fees.

Risk & Insurance

  • Courier insurance typically covers shipments up to R1000 in value.
  • Once collected by a courier service, Neutronix is not responsible for loss or damage.
  • Clients are thus encouraged to arrange their own courier or collect directly to avoid liability gaps should they be concerned.

Inspection & Claims

  • Customers must inspect deliveries immediately upon receipt.
  • Any issues must be reported within 3 days.
  • Damage caused by misuse, mishandling, or negligence after delivery will not incur liability to Neutronix Industrial. Any returns logged where negligence is found will result in rejection of the return, refund, or exchange request.
