    • Please use only Neutronix PSUs with this LED strip for guaranteed compatibility. Keep record of the date the order was placed. Warranty period begins from date of delivery.
    • For optimal reliability, we recommend keeping the PSU load at no more than 80% of its total output capacity.
    • Warranty claims will be carefully reviewed and inspected by Neutronix first for misuse, then our supplier partners to confirm eligibility before credit is offered.

WARNING: To avoid voltage drop, do not exceed 2m in series from 12v power source. Not sure what thickness wire to use for your project to ensure no overheating or failure? Contact us!
